Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This policy covers teamzlab.com and every mobile app published by Teamz Lab on Google Play and the App Store. Where a single app behaves differently, its store listing says so.
1. What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account. Our games and tools are playable without signing in, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or postal address unless you send them to us yourself by email.
What is collected automatically, by the services listed in section 2:
- An advertising identifier — the resettable ID your phone gives to apps that show ads.
- Device and app information — device model, operating system version, language, country, app version, and crash information.
- Usage events — which screens you open and which actions you take inside the app, so we can tell which parts work.
- Purchase records — if you buy something, the store tells us that the purchase happened and what it was for. We never see your card number; the payment is handled entirely by Google or Apple.
- A push notification token — only if you allow notifications. Some apps also store a small number of gameplay values against that token so a notification can be about your game rather than a broadcast. In Kintsugi Pottery: Goldmend that is two numbers: when your kiln finishes, and how many pieces you have left unrepaired.
Your game progress is stored on your own device. It is not uploaded to us.
2. Who processes it
We use these services. Each has its own privacy policy, and each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Google AdMob — shows the ads. Receives your advertising identifier and coarse device information. policies.google.com/privacy
- Firebase (Google) — analytics and crash reporting, and sign-in only in apps that offer Play Games leaderboards. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- RevenueCat — records in-app purchases against an anonymous identifier that is not linked to your real identity. revenuecat.com/privacy
- OneSignal — delivers push notifications, if you allowed them. onesignal.com/privacy_policy
- Google Play / Apple App Store — handle every payment. We never receive your payment details.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside this list.
3. Advertising and how to limit it
Most of our apps are free and are paid for by ads. Ads may be personalised using your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time, and the apps keep working either way:
- Android — Settings › Privacy › Ads, then Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
- iOS — Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, then turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
Where the law requires a consent prompt before personalised ads, our apps show one and honour the answer.
4. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us at the address in section 7 and we will delete it.
5. How long it is kept
- Game progress — kept on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. Uninstalling removes it.
- Analytics and crash data — retained by Firebase under Google's own retention settings, which we set to the shortest period the service offers for user-level data.
- Push notification token and its tags — kept while you have notifications enabled, and removed when you turn them off or uninstall.
- Purchase records — kept for as long as the app stores require for refunds, restores and tax records.
6. Your choices and your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the EU/UK and the CCPA in California — you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Because we do not hold accounts, the fastest routes are usually:
- Delete everything on your device — uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your phone's settings.
- Stop notifications — turn them off in your phone's settings for that app.
- Reset advertising data — see section 3.
- Ask us directly — email the address below with the app name and, if you have it, the anonymous identifier shown in the app. We answer within 30 days.
7. Contact
Teamz Lab — [email protected]
For anything about a specific app, please include its name so we can find the right records.
8. Changes to this policy
If we add a service that collects something new, we update the list in section 2 and the date at the top of this page. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
